Dean
Director
Dean is a Director of DRC Consulting Limited and provides Construction Cost and Project Management services to efficiently advance a project from inception to completion.
Dean is a RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 15 years of experience within the industry. Dean graduated from Northumbria University and has since obtained full charter status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Neil
Director
Neil is a Director of DRC Consulting Limited and performs Project Management and Construction Cost duties for the company. Previously he has worked between private client-based practices and commercial contracting. Neil is a RICS Mentor and provides advice and assistance to candidates studying for their Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
Neil is a RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 15 years of experience within the industry. Neil graduated from Northumbria University with a first-class honors degree and is a time served electrical installation engineer with experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing quantity surveying and project management.
Paul
Director
Paul is a Director of DRC Consulting Limited providing Health & Safety, CDM and Principal Designer services.
Paul is a Registered member for the Association of Project Safety CMaPS along with a member of IOSH. Paul has 20 years’ experience in industry across a number of sectors including renewables, rail, health, education, industrial, commercial and housing sectors.
Max
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Max is our Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Currently in his third year of studying towards becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor at Northumbria University. Max has experience in Construction Cost and Project Management across various sectors; including Housing, Commercial, Automotive, Educational and Leisure facilities.
Gary
CDM & Safety Consultant
Gary is a CDM & Safety Consultant at DRC Consulting Limited who has worked within the Local Authority and waste management sectors for the last twenty years. He has experience in working within hazardous waste transfer/treatment facilities and carrying out duties.
He is involved in providing the Principal Designer and CDM advisor roles on projects in various sectors such as solar, commercial, educational and residential.
Gary graduated from the University of Sunderland with a 2:1 Honours degree in 2001 and holds a Master of Research from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in 2002.
